Training Workshops
We develop tailor-made workshops and workplace learning solutions to address specific organisational pain-points. Our content is sourced from the latest academic research, industry studies, business media and our own proprietary knowledge base.
A clear point of difference in our training workshops compared to other providers in the market today is:
- Customised and tailored training to meet your organisational requirements – this is not an off the shelf solution
- We strive for 85% activity based training – our sessions are engaging, interactive and fun
- I undertake all of the training personally – which means you can count on consistent, quality training and development every time
- We train anywhere, anytime – e.g. onsite, shift work, weekends etc. to fit in with your operational requirements
- Interactive workbooks – in my experience training manuals never get read, they sit on a book shelf or in a draw. That’s why I use quality, tailored, interactive workbooks and succinct handouts
- Adult learning principles – as a certified trainer and facilitator with tertiary qualifications, I employ language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) techniques; cognitive learning styles self-assessments; and adult learning principles to inform my delivery method and range of activities conducted for each workshop
